03a. The User makes choice via the Website and choice is displayed in the shopping basket. Then, the User shall selects number of workstations and confirm the order. Once you have sent your order you will immediately receive a confirmation via e-mail.

03c. Students may apply for and enjoy a special discount, as indicated on the dedicated page of the Website.

04a. The purchased files can be available via the User’s account as long as the Website is online and the User has a valid account.

04b. The purchased files are automatically replaced by newer files when updating

04c. If the User decides to download and install the files again, please take note the files might be have slight differences. 

05a. Payment can be made using Stripe.

05b. Transactions with Stripe are under their own Terms & Conditions.

06a. All sales of font software are final. Sorry, but fonts are non-returnable and non-refundable. We can neither refund money nor swap incorrect font license purchases.

If a font is defective and you notify us within 30 days, we will provide a replacement. It shall be replaced by the same software (please refer to EULA).

However, we offer test fonts so you know what'll get before buying .

07a. Radmir Volk can in no way be held liable for any form of incorrect operation or temporary unavailability of the website. The user accepts to forgive the editor for any interruption of service, and without any prior notice. 

07b. The information published on this site is deemed reliable and accurate and is regularly updated. However, Radmir Volk do not guarantee that the Website is free of defects, errors or omissions.
